The Board

We propose the establishment of a committee comprising a rotating board composed of esteemed veterans, experts, and professionals representing diverse fields. This committee would collectively provide comprehensive guidance not only to the students but also to the community and the university as a whole.

The board members will be elected through a voting process involving the core team, community members elected by the community, and student representatives elected by the students themselves. This ensures a democratic and inclusive selection process.

Upon the formation of the committee, the appointed members will possess voting rights, enabling them to actively participate in shaping the course of action for the university in collaboration with the students, community, and core team. Their valuable insights and expertise will play a crucial role in decision-making processes.

In recognition of their significant responsibilities and contributions, the board members will be entrusted with the treasury and will be duly incentivized for their efforts.

As with any organized entity, there will be a set of bylaws that the committee must abide by. These bylaws will serve as a legal framework, outlining the rights, responsibilities, and operating procedures for the committee, ensuring transparency, accountability, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
